All speeds gain 5 ft. enhancement bonus. Each power of haste increases this bonus by 5 ft.

Additionally, choose one of the following for each power of haste:

  • +1 circumstance bonus to attack rolls (up to 5 times)
  • +1 circumstance bonus to DV (up to 5 times)
  • +1 AP (up to 2 times)

Time Stop

Your target is moving so fast that everything from their perspective is frozen in time. The target is free to act for the duration of the art. Normal and magical environmental hazards still affect you. Other creatures are immune to your attacks and arts. However, arts that affect an area and persist beyond your haste's will affect creatures within them as normal once your haste ends.

You cannot move or harm items held, carried, or worn by a creature stuck in normal time, but you can affect any item that is not in another creature’s possession.

You are undetectable while time stop lasts. You cannot enter an area protected by an antimagic field while under the effect of time stop.
