Changing Sizes
When you increase your size, add a +2 size bonus to Strength, a -2 size penalty to Dexterity, and a +1 size bonus to Constitution per size increase.
When you decrease your size, add a -2 size penalty to Strength, a +2 size bonus to Dexterity, and a -1 size penalty to Constitution per size decrease.
Then apply your new size modifiers to your attack bonus, DV, CMB, CMD, Fly skill, Stealth skill, and land speed as listed in Table: Size Modifiers and Table: Size Statistics.
Size changes from different effects stack together (even if the base rules say they should not), but size changes from the same effect do not (the enlarge person spell from two different casters on the same target do not stack; enlarge person is only applied once, and subsequent castings only reset the spell's duration).
