Steal Spell (Su)

When a spellthief steals a 0-level spell, the target loses the ability to cast that spell. The spellthief is able to cast the stolen 0-level spell as many times as he wants for 1 hour after stealing it. Once the hour has passed, the spellthief loses the 0-level spell, and the caster must rest 8 hours before being able to cast it. However, the spellthief may voluntarily relinquish the spell before the hour is up and return it to its target by touch as a standard action. The spellthief loses the 0-level spell, and the target regains the ability to cast it as normal.
