Crew
- Gilmore the Grand: male tiefling magus, captain.

- Barefoot Samms Toppin (female Prydwyn human) A former fisherwoman from the Aerdwyn colony of Bardland who never wears shoes.
- Samms was convinced by Tenin that all the riggers should stick together like family.

- “Badger” Malee (female half-elf) An older woman who shaves her gray hair into stripes.
- Malee was convinced by Gilmore to side with him and the others against the Quan and his cronies.

- “Caulky” Tarroon (female Prydwyn human) The captain's cabin girl, about 14 years old.
- Caulky kept her head down during the mutiny, going along with winners.
- Ship's Role: cabin girl
- Conchobhar Starstone (male gnome) Conchobhar Shortstone is a handsome, honey-tongued gnome who wears a foppish purple hat, an eye patch, and a white silk shirt, and carries a dandyish cane. His appearance is that of someone pretending to be a pirate, rather than a true buccaneer. Conchobhar is a professional gambler who made the mistake of drinking with the Wormwood’s crew one night and failed to notice the cosh in a crew member’s hand until it was too late.

- Sandara Quinn (female Prydwyn human) Captured around the same time as the others, Sandara is a flighty girl, focusing on Tiamat's aspect of unbridled freedom on the high seas. She quickly decided to befriend Omar, Tenin, and Gilmore, taking a liking to their defiant attitudes towards Basharad. She became their firm ally after they risked their lives to save her from the grindylow queen.
- Sandara finds the cruelty of the officers repulsive. Master Li made a pass at her, and she slapped him in return.
- When Omar and Tenin came aboard, she observed them. Seeing them defiant against Basharad and their good nature, Sandara decided to ally with them, despite Omar being a paladin of Shenlong.
- Ship's Role: Chaplain
- Cut-throat Shaki (female hobgoblin) Shaki serves as the ship's quartermaster. She is best friends and drinking buddies with Choi, having served with him on several ships. She's good at sorting out gear, organizing, and appraising, but tends to drink a lot. She doesn't like the captain's cruelty, so she drinks to bear with it. Being in the storage, she avoids most of the trouble, and as the only one who really has a head for numbers and inventory, stuff can easily disappear without anyone knowing. She is smart enough to run her own little trade business on board the Bloody Shank without anyone getting too upset.
- Shaki has a good impression about Omar and Tenin after they gave her some choice liquor. She is closer to Omar since the half-orc is close to Choi, and that he drank with them on a few occasions.
- Ship's Role: Quatermaster's mate
- Fishguts Choi (male Zhoulai human) He serves as ship's cook. He is a fat man who drinks a lot, and is best friends and drinking buddies with Shaki, having served with her on several ships. He is an actually good cook when he isn't drunk, which is unfortunately most of the time. He came aboard when he managed to impress Basharad enough with his cooking to press him into his crew, but his performance has slowly declined. A man who prefers good food and relaxation, he doesn't like the captain's cruelty, and turns to drink to bear with it, even when it isn't directed to him. Now, only the captain manages to get a decent meal out of him, the rest of the crew has to deal with his slop.
- Omar convinced him to moderate his drinking, enabling him to perform better. He is grateful for having someone keep him in check, but may slip back into bad old habits if his relationship with Omar deteriorates.

- Giffer Tibbs (female gnome) A bedraggled gnome with one eye.
- Gilmore, Omar, and Tenin saved her from being killed by reefclaws. She also got a potion of cure light wounds as a reward from Captain Basharad thanks to them.
- Ship's Role: swab
- Grizzly Goro (male Kutai human) Tough, but a bit addled in the mind, Goro was a simpleton and “pet” of Mr. Quan, treated poorly by the officers.
- Goro was defeating by Tenin in a fight, but Tenin showed kindness to him for the first time in his life. He is now devoted to him.
- Ship's Role: swab
- Jack Scrimshaw (male Prydwyn human) A young lad talented at scrimshaw.
- Omar took the time to talk with Jack a bit.
- Ship's Role: swab
- Jaundiced Jape (male half-orc) A humorless, greedy half-orc mute.
- Jape was one of the crew that assaulted Tenin and Omar when they first arrived, and was beaten soundly by them.
- Jape became grateful to them when they saved his life after being kidnapped by grindylows.
- Ship's Role: swab
- Maheem (male Ramvati human) a big Ramvati with a permanent scowl.
- Maheem has a tumultuous history with Tenin. Tenin humiliated him on several occasions, but then saved his life. Maheem respects Tenin now, for his skill, and the risk that he took to save him from drowning.
- Ship's Role: rigger
- Miyuki (female half-elf) Miyuki tried to make a career as a sailor, but it was a male-dominated profession, and her natural beauty and love of poetry led others to overlook her worth as a sailor despite her skills. In her despair, she has taken up drinking and writing poetry, making a living as a hired sword from ship to ship. Miyuki has all but given up on her dream of becoming the captain of her own ship. Quan and Master Li took note of her, drugged her drink at her next stop, and press-ganged her into the crew.
- Gilmore came to her aid and supported her.
- Omar came to her aid against Fipps Chumlette.
- Omar also managed to return her precious tricorne hat to her.
- “Ratline” Rattsberger (male halfling) A rat-faced halfling with long arms and three missing fingers.
- Omar and Rattsberger bonded over their shared ugliness.
- Rattsberger was convinced by Tenin that the riggers should stick together like a family.
- Ship's Role: rigger
- Shivikah (female Bwatani human) A very tall Bwatani ex-slaver.
- Gilmore deflected Quan's anger from her to him.
- Gilmore convinced her that they should look out for each other.
- Ship's Role: swab
- Suzette Bellefleur (female halfling) Suzette is tough girl with a temper and a foul mouth. Despite her sizable muscles, Suzette has an artistic soul. She is angry that her fiddle was taken away from her, after getting into a conflict with Master Li.
- She is grateful to Omar for getting her fiddle back, deeper than he knows.
- Tenin spoke to Suzette about Conchobhar's infatuation with her.

- Tam “Narwhal” Tate (male dwarf) An old friend of Master Li with a large, ugly nose.
- Omar helped Tate from getting hung over.
- Omar shared some fine rum with him, and convinced him that they should be friends.
- Ship's Role: rigger
- Zachary Emberson (male prydwyn human) Zachary serves unwillingly as the Bloody Shank's medic and surgeon. Zachary was fresh out of the Confederate Naval Academy and on his first tour of duty a part of a Confederate Navy ship's medical crew when they were attacked by the Bloody Shank. He was seen by the pirates healing the wounded, so Basharad decided to capture him. Basharad forced Zachary to join his crew by promising to not have the few remaining Confederate survivors executed. The pirate actually kept his promise, and Zachary has reluctantly been tending to the Bloody Shank's wounded ever since. It is his oath to heal all wounded that compels him to aid the pirates he detests. He longs for escape, but has yet to find a way to do so. When he was young, his fishermen parents were killed in a pirate attack. That incident is the cause of his hatred for pirates, and what prompted him to join the Navy.
- Omar and Tenin treated him respectfully, and gave him his freedom. He feel indebted to them for this.

- Thengal Bronson (middle-age male dwarf Thengal is a skilled carpenter and shipwright. He serves as the ship's carpenter. His business partner betrayed him, after convincing him to take a sizeable loan out from some very shady people to expand their business. His partner took the money and vanished. To protect his family, Thengal sold himself into slavery. His expertise with ships is highly valued. Basharad is his latest owner after winning him in a game of chance with a rival pirate. Thengal is very despondent, resigned to his life of servitude. He only wishes that his family is doing well without him. He doesn't fear for his life, but he fears for theirs.
- Thengal is grateful for Omar's and Tenin's mutiny against the cruel ship officers and granting him his freedom.
- Thengal bonded with Tenin over sharing the stories of their miserable lives.

- Aretta Bansion (female Prydwyn human) a bad tempered ex-harlot with big ears.
- Aretta was one of the crew that assaulted Tenin and Omar when they first arrived, and was beaten soundly by them.
- Aretta sided with the officers during the mutiny.

- Slippery Sly Lonegan (female Prydwyn human) an unhinged murderer who fled to sea to escape the gallows.
- Sly was one of the crew that assaulted Tenin and Omar when they first arrived, and was beaten soundly by them.
- Sly sided with the officers during the mutiny.
- She is currently being held as a prisoner by the party.
